AVID Behavior Care was founded in 2023 by Fredrich Joseph, a Haitian-American Behavior Analyst with a passion for helping clients who often cannot fully advocate for themselves.

Fredrich created AVID Behavior Care out of a deep desire to serve individuals and families with patience, dignity, and evidence-based support. His work is rooted in the belief that every client deserves to be seen, heard, understood, and given the tools needed to grow.

Since its founding, AVID Behavior Care has had the opportunity to serve many clients across Lehigh Acres, Naples, and surrounding areas, helping families navigate behavioral challenges with professionalism, compassion, and care.

At AVID, we do more than provide services. We walk alongside clients and families as they work toward progress, confidence, and lasting change.
